- Multiple congenital contractures or ankylosis involving two or more areas
- Lack of fetal motion, persistent fetal posture
- Cross legged (tailor’s position), flexed wrists/clenched hands(waiter’s tip)
- Lack of facial movement, open mouth (whistling face)
- Polyhydramnios due to decreased fetal swallowing
- Short umbilical cord due to decreased fetal motion
- Can have associated CNS anomalies:Lissencephaly, hydrocephalus,spine anomalies
