Jayne has been asked by the residency program to serve as the director for a new coaching program, which will focus on communication and coaching through various aspects of the curriculum, clinical competencies, and remediation. This program will address a broad range of GME requirements. It will be a separate cohort from the existing educational cohort and will invite participation from those interested in joining.
